To earn shopping points, please make sure to use the email address linked to your account when checking out.

Points can be redeemed for coupons. You can convert your points into discount codes by logging in to the VIP widget at the bottom right of the Umove website or at the checkout page. You can then use these discount codes during checkout.

The points and rewards redeemed with points are valid for one year.

The discounts you receive by converting every 100 points into $1 can be stacked with your VIP entry-level discount (e.g., New Customer 15% off or other tier-based VIP codes). However, VIP entry-level discount codes cannot be combined with promotional discounts or any other vouchers.

If you cancel an order, the points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.

Please note that redeemed discount rewards are non-refundable and cannot be reused. If you wish to refund the points for the redeemed reward, please contact us at UmoveTec@gmail.com .

If you did not join the Umove VIP Club when making purchases, you won't accumulate purchase points and spending amounts. Your VIP level is determined by your annual spending after joining the VIP Club.

Yes. When your friend makes their first purchase of $300 or more (excluding shipping) through your referral link, you and your friend will each receive a $30 coupon (valid for 180 days, one-time use only).

All VIP vouchers cannot be combined. Only one voucher (e.g., VIP discount code, birthday voucher, repurchase voucher) can be used per order. However, they can be combined with a points redemption voucher.

Your exclusive birthday voucher will be automatically issued at the start of your birthday month and sent via email. It will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Please ensure your account has the correct birthdate and that you are subscribed to emails.

Your VIP tier is based on your total spending within the calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Tiers reset annually, and you can enjoy the benefits of your current tier throughout the year.
